Town-centre apartments
In the newer apartment buildings around the station, flat entrance doors are fire doors and can't take a flap. Ground-floor flats may have an option with the management company's consent.
Suburban homes
Detached homes in the suburbs usually have several doors and cavity walls, so a wall flap into a utility room or a flap in a side door is often ideal.
